If you want to return something that's fine, or want a refund that's fine with all items goods etc EXCEPT services. There are no refunds on services (except if I cannot complete the service reasonably) and the terms of the service are decided between user and John Gold in each instance independently and uniquely.

The price is "Pay what you want" on all physical and nonphysical goods. There is no payment required for physical and nonphysical goods. The user MUST pay a decided upon shipping cost in instances of physical shipping.
Services, however are pay what you want, and the user and John Gold will negotiate a best case exchange before the service is conducted. Agreements may be amended if both parties agree and are comfortable.
